Ashley Gregory

Ashley Gregory is a driven individual who graduated from Bellevue West High School, Bellevue, Nebraska in 2012. While attending high school, she also held a part-time position at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service. After her graduation, she embarked on a journey at the Offutt Air Force Base Child Development Center, where she collaborated with teachers to design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities for the children. Additionally, Ashley conducted parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's development and identify areas for growth and improvement.
In 2020, Ashley embraced an exciting career opportunity and joined Bamboo Nutrition as an administrative assistant. In this role, she handles a diverse range of responsibilities, including scheduling client appointments, managing insurance claims, setting up patient accounts, and taking care of various office tasks. With her strong work ethic and dedication, Ashley continues to make valuable contributions to her professional endeavors.
Lisa Monarrez

Lisa Monarrez graduated from Cal State LA with a bachelor's in Nutritional Science. Previously, she worked at an eating disorder clinic in Santa Monica as a diet technician and fell in love with this field of work. Her passion is helping people and encouraging them to see their true potential in life. One of her favorite quotes is "For what it's worth... it's never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. Kendra Hensley
Billing Specialist​

Kendra is a Billing Specialist with expertise in submitting insurance claims, processing payments, managing disputes, and maintaining accurate client claim files. In addition to supporting the company’s financial operations, she is pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at California State University, Los Angeles, where she is on track to becoming an RDN and currently serves as President of the Student Dietetic Association.
Outside of work and academics, Kendra enjoys cooking and developing games. With a passion for both nutrition and technology, she hopes to one day merge these interests by using interactive gaming as a tool to make healthy eating more accessible, engaging, and approachable for all.
