Lisa Monarrez graduated from Cal State LA with a bachelor's in Nutritional Science. Previously, she worked at an eating disorder clinic in Santa Monica as a diet technician and fell in love with this field of work. Her passion is helping people and encouraging them to see their true potential in life. Ashley Gregory

Ashley Gregory is a driven individual who graduated from Bellevue West High School, Bellevue, Nebraska in 2012. While attending high school, she also held a part-time position at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service. After her graduation, she embarked on a journey at the Offutt Air Force Base Child Development Center, where she collaborated with teachers to design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities for the children. Additionally, Ashley conducted parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's development and identify areas for growth and improvement.
In 2020, Ashley embraced an exciting career opportunity and joined Bamboo Nutrition as an administrative assistant. In this role, she handles a diverse range of responsibilities, including scheduling client appointments, managing insurance claims, setting up patient accounts, and taking care of various office tasks. With her strong work ethic and dedication, Ashley continues to make valuable contributions to her professional endeavors.
Kimberly Gamez
Administrative Assistant
Kimberly is a member of the administrative team at Bamboo Nutrition Inc. She holds 3 associates degrees in Behavioral science, Fine arts, and Philosophy, and is currently working on her bachelors in Psychology. She has previously worked for her Universities I.T department and helped in setting up and managing computer labs, assisted with online learning platforms, managed email systems, and offered technical guidance to users. At Bamboo she serves as an Administrative Assistant and Handles tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, coordinating communications, and handling administrative responsibilities. She has a dedication to supporting nutrition in the realm of healthcare administration and enjoys contributing to an environment where individuals can achieve their wellness goals in a supportive and well-coordinated setting.
